Plans for service providers

Workbefy is a mobile and web app where clients find local service providers. For providers, Workbefy is a visibility and client management software: your professional profile, messages, jobs posted by clients and analytics. You can use it for free or subscribe to a paid plan to get more tools.

What a plan gets you: access to features of the Workbefy software, enabled instantly in the app and on the web. Workbefy does not sell or charge for the services you offer: you agree on the price of each job with your client, and they pay you directly, outside the platform.

How the subscription works

Delivery: the plan is enabled instantly on your account, in the app and on workbefy.com. Nothing physical is shipped.
Billing: in advance, monthly or yearly. On the web, Paddle, our authorized reseller, charges you; in the app, Google Play or the App Store.
Renewal: it renews automatically until you cancel it.
Cancellation: where you bought it. On Google Play, under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; on the App Store, under Settings → your name → Subscriptions; and if you paid on the web, in the Paddle portal, which you reach from "Manage my plan" in Workbefy. You keep the plan until the end of the paid period and then move to Free without losing your data.
Refunds: 14 days from each charge on the web. Details in the refund policy.

The base price is in US dollars and the stores show it in your currency, with your country's taxes; on the web, Paddle shows the taxes before you pay. More in the Terms and Conditions.

How do I subscribe?

Sign in to Workbefy with your phone number, register as a provider and, once your profile is approved, go to My plan and choose Pro or Premium.
